You'll receive a transparent breakdown of the design possibilities, timescales, and investment required—so there are no surprises later.
Once the vision is clear, our expert team—architects, structural engineers, surveyors, and designers—gets to work creating your bespoke plans. We focus on optimising space, meeting building regulations, and preparing all required planning documentation if needed.

You’ll be fully involved in this phase, with your dedicated project manager walking you through layouts, finishes, and choices. Once finalised, we provide a detailed quote and timeline. We don’t start until you’re 100% happy.

We erect external scaffolding and create a temporary access point through your roof—often where a new Velux or dormer window will go. This allows 80% of the build to happen without entering your home at all. Materials, tools, and our team come and go without stepping foot on your stairs or carpets.

Only once the main structure is complete do we open up your loft hatch to install your new staircase. At this stage, we fully sheet and seal the working area to contain dust and debris. By the time we’re done, the mess is minimal—and your beautiful new loft space is ready to enjoy.
